1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "atm88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to atm88 and its operating entity, which operates the website accessible at atm88.vu and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the atm88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with atm88.
• "Services" means all products, games, wagering facilities, promotions, and ancillary services offered by atm88 via the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount deposited by a User into their atm88 Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by atm88 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by atm88 prior to processing withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the atm88 website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the atm88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the atm88 platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and atm88. atm88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the atm88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of atm88 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in using the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the atm88 platform or had an Account terminated by atm88 for breach of these Terms.

atm88 is committed to the prevention of underage gambling. Any Account found to have been created by or for a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. atm88 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money Services on atm88, you must register and maintain a valid Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account.

atm88 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity, a pseudonym, or using another person's credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, atm88 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership. atm88 may request additional documentation at any time as required for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Funds on the atm88 platform are held and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). atm88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency.

Deposits are credited to your atm88 wallet upon receipt and confirmation of funds. Processing times vary by payment method; most electronic and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. atm88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment method must match the registered Account holder name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and compliance review. atm88 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for standard requests, with e-wallet withdrawals typically completed within 30 minutes of processing. atm88 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. atm88 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

atm88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general promotional terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds in excess of any applicable cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal. atm88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation.

Participating in any promotion with the intention of exploiting a mathematical or technical advantage not sanctioned by atm88 constitutes a breach of these Terms. atm88 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate Funds, and suspend Accounts where such activity is identified.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the atm88 platform are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface. atm88 exclusively partners with certified software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently audited and certified for statistical fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game results and server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative. atm88 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions on a User's device, internet connection interruptions, or third-party software errors.

atm88 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where a technical error, data feed error, or human error has materially affected the result, or where a game has been played in breach of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atm88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Engaging in charge-back activity on any deposit made to atm88.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in threatening or harassing behaviour.

atm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, void related bets, and retain Funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, atm88 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the atm88 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the property of atm88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any atm88 content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

atm88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

atm88 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Player financial data and login credentials are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption.

11. Responsible Gaming

atm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all available at no cost through Account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atm88 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

atm88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises.

atm88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

atm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the atm88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atm88 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the atm88 customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
